![]() Why? Again, if present, it is Corel/WP (or licensed from a non-Adobe 3rd party - in the past something of Nuance was used for the publish to PDF process) set of coding.īased on your second information set you've said the problem is with WP "working" the PDF. Thing is - that'd be on Corel/WP and NOT on Acrobat. (After all PDF is an ISO Standard - anyone can "play" eh.) But WP, like MS Word 2013 may have an in-built routine to export the PDF page content to the a WP file. ![]() ![]() Expected as, natively, WP does not open PDF (PDF is not a word processor file format). So, you have a PDF BUT WP can't recognize it. The content is the picture of text not text so to obtain "text" one performs OCR (which can be done with Acrobat - any version). Paper to scanner - scanner to output image/picture of the paper - image/picture brought into PDF by Acrobat (any version) provides an ISO 32000 compliant PDF.
